Enterprise dashboard suite for a multi-facility hospital group built on Cerner Millennium data. Consolidated ED wait times, bed occupancy, average length of stay, OR utilization, and 30-day readmission rates into a single governed semantic layer, refreshed nightly via Oracle PL/SQL ETL. Replaced a manual Excel process, cutting monthly executive reporting from 5 days to same-day and giving C-suite users drill-down from group level to individual units.

Design and build of a dimensional clinical data warehouse ingesting ADT, orders, results, and billing feeds from Cerner Millennium and HL7 interfaces. Nightly ETL processes over 2M+ records with full auditability, slowly-changing dimensions for patient and provider masters, and data-quality gates that surface interface failures before they reach reports. The platform became the single source of truth for all downstream regulatory, operational, and research reporting.

End-to-end revenue cycle management analytics for a UAE hospital network: claims submission and rejection tracking, denial-reason categorization, payer-mix and ageing analysis, and clean-claim-rate monitoring aligned to insurer and regulator requirements. Automated daily loads from billing systems with reconciliation against the general ledger, helping the RCM team identify recurring denial root causes and recover revenue that was previously written off.
