Clinical Data Warehouse & ETL Platform

Design and build of a dimensional clinical data warehouse ingesting ADT, orders, results, and billing feeds from Cerner Millennium and HL7 interfaces. Nightly ETL processes over 2M+ records with full auditability, slowly-changing dimensions for patient and provider masters, and data-quality gates that surface interface failures before they reach reports. The platform became the single source of truth for all downstream regulatory, operational, and research reporting.
